Frocks and Gowns Bridal: Terms and Conditions.

Special orders:

Special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid for exchange or store credit. We will not accept a refund or cancellation of special orders under ANY circumstances. Individuals who cancel their orders due to change of mind, external situations and other reasons not related to our enterprise, will lose their 50% deposit if they choose not to continue with the order.

Alterations:

Alterations can only be performed on fully-paid purchases. Once alterations have been performed, under no circumstances are dresses refundable or valid for exchange/store credit. Factors such as individual’s losing weight, gaining weight, event cancellations, change of mind and other external situations are not the responsibility of our enterprise.

CHANGE OF MIND:

As soon as a deposit has been paid for, it is understandable that there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstance. Individuals are required to inspect garments upon trial in-store and NO exchanges and/or refunds will be issued if any notice of defect is given AFTER 24 hours of collection.

EXCHANGE/REFUNDS:

Bridesmaid dresses are not valid for exchange or refunds unless reasons are due to manufacturing error in which replacement products will be issued. See above.

CANCELLATIONS

Individuals have the right to cancel orders but they WILL lose their 50% deposit regardless of any situation. Cancellations must be performed in-store. Phone/email cancellations are not valid.
